The Division of Medicaid has reprocessed hospital OPPS chemotherapy claims for dates of service Jan. 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013 to pay chemotherapy drug codes at ASP+6%. These adjusted claims are shown on Provider Remittance Advices dated March 17, 2014. Please direct questions and inquiries to Xerox Provider and Beneficiary Services by calling toll-free at 800-884-3222. No further action on the part of the provider is needed.
