Pursuant to federal regulations, the Division of Medicaid posts public notices for significant proposed changes in methods and standards for setting reimbursement rates, significant proposed changes in services and/or operations of home and community-based service waivers, any application or extension of demonstration projects, any changes to premiums or cost-sharing for beneficiaries, any applicable changes to the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and managed care programmatic changes.
A copy of the public notices and draft State Plan pages will be available in each county health department office and in the Department of Human Services office in Issaquena County, for review. A hard copy can be downloaded and printed from the below list of notices or may be requested by emailing Margaret.Wilson@medicaid.ms.gov or calling 601-359-2081.
Written comments should be sent to the Division of Medicaid, Office of the Governor, Office of Policy, Walter Sillers Building, Suite 1000, 550 High Street, Jackson, Mississippi 39201, or Margaret.Wilson@medicaid.ms.gov within thirty (30) days from the post date of any of the below notices. All submitted comments will be compiled and available under the appropriate public notice posting.
