In anticipation of the upcoming transition of inpatient services into managed care, the Mississippi Division of Medicaid hosted an inpatient behavioral health webinar on Nov. 17 for providers and hospitals. The transition of inpatient services into our managed care program, MississippiCAN, is set to be effective Dec. 1, 2015.
Representatives from Medicaid and our MississippiCAN coordinated care organizations, Magnolia Health and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, each spoke about specific issues and topics affecting behavioral health.
