Federal regulation at 42 CFR § 447.203 requires states to develop an Access Monitoring Review Plan (AMRP) that includes an analysis of access to covered services under the Medicaid fee-for-service (FFS) delivery system. Mississippi developed an AMRP for the following service categories provided under a FFS arrangement:
- Primary care services
- Physician specialist services
- Behavioral health services
- Pre- and post-natal obstetric services Home health services
