Pursuant to 42 C.F.R. Section 441.304(e)-(f), public notice is hereby given to the submission of the Independent Living (IL) Waiver renewal. The Division of Medicaid, in the Office of the Governor, will submit this proposed waiver renewal to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for the IL Waiver effective July 1, 2017.

The Division of Medicaid will hold a Mississippi public hearing for the purpose of obtaining public input on the Division of Medicaid’s Independent Living (IL) Waiver renewal submission.
