State Plan Amendment (SPA) 26-0005 is being submitted to allow the Division of Medicaid (DOM) to comply with amendments made by Section 5121 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 (CAA, 2023) which requires states attest to having developed an internal operation plan and, in accordance with such plan, providing coverage of screening, diagnostic and targeted case management (TCM) services for eligible juveniles who are within thirty (30) days of release post adjudication during the statutory pre-and post-release period.
