MS SPA 22-0024 Recovery Audit Contractors (RAC) Exception submitted….

State Plan Amendment (SPA) 22-0024 is being submitted to allow the Division of Medicaid (DOM) to request an exception to the Recovery Audit Contractors (RAC) requirements for a period of one (1) year from the approval date of State Plan Amendment (SPA) 22-0024 in order to attempt to procure a new, competitively bid RAC contract that complies with current state and federal laws and regulations, effective July 1, 2022.
