State Plan Amendment (SPA) 22-0004 is being submitted to comply with the American Rescue Plan (ARP) requirements for coverage of COVID vaccines, their administration and vaccine counseling services for children. This SPA is being submitted with an 1135 waiver request to allow the effective date to comply with the ARP, effective March 11, 2021.
