State Plan Amendment (SPA) 19-0002 Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) is being submitted to add coverage and reimbursement of PPEC services for Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT)-eligible beneficiaries to the State Plan, effective January 1, 2020.
