Pursuant to 42 C.F.R. § 431.420(c), a public forum is required annually after the implementation of the Division of Medicaid’s Family Planning Waiver. This public forum provides stakeholders the opportunity to provide meaningful comments on the progress of the Family Planning Waiver. The Family Planning Waiver operates under the authority of an 1115(a) wavier approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) effective January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2027.
This public forum will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2025, in the Cobb Conference Room, located on the 8th floor, 550 High Street, Jackson, MS 39201.
