State Plan Amendment (SPA) SPA 22-0005 is being submitted to comply with the ARP requirements for coverage of COVID-19 treatment or for a condition that may seriously complicate the treatment of COVID-19 for individuals diagnosed with or presumed to have COVID-19 during the period the individual has COVID-19. This SPA is being submitted with an 1135 waiver request to enable the effective date to comply with the ARP.
