In preparation for the Oct. 3 transition to a new Fiscal Agent, including a new provider portal known as MESA, the Mississippi Division of Medicaid (DOM) will suspend the acceptance of paper claims by the current Fiscal Agent, Conduent, on Sept. 12, 2022.
Please note that claims submitted via Pharmacy Point of Sale, the current Provider Portal, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) will not be affected by this suspension date. The last date for submission of those claims will be communicated as soon as those details are finalized.
