The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a final rule, effective January 4, 2016, amending 42 C.F.R. § 447.205, allowing the Division of Medicaid to publish public notices of proposed changes in Statewide methods and standards for setting payment rates for services on the agency’s web site. Accordingly, the Division of Medicaid will no longer publish these public notices in the newspaper.
