Pursuant to 42 C.F.R. Section 431.420(c), a Public Forum is required annually after the implementation of the Division of Medicaid’s Family Planning Waiver. This Public Forum provides stakeholders the opportunity to provide meaningful comments on the progress of the Family Planning Waiver. The Family Planning Waiver operates under the authority of an 1115(a) waiver approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2027. This Public Forum will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Due to the public health emergency, the Public Forum will be held via teleconference at 888-822-7517, access code: 4282244. There will be an opportunity for public comment during the forum.
