Pursuant to 42 C.F.R. Section 447.205, public notice is hereby given to the submission of a Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA). Effective January 1, 2016, the Division of Medicaid, in the Office of the Governor, is adding clarification regarding property reimbursement calculations for Alzheimer’s Units, Nursing Facilities for the Severely Disabled (NFSDs), Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IIDs) and Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTFs), our Transmittal #16-0011.
