Public Notice for 1915(c) Intellectual Disabilities/Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD) Waiver Renewal
Pursuant to 42 C.F.R. Section 441.304, public notice is hereby given to the submission of
a Medicaid 1915(c) Intellectual Disabilities/Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD) Waiver
renewal. The Division of Medicaid, in the Office of the Governor, will submit this proposed
waiver to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) effective July 1, 2023,
contingent upon approval from CMS.
