MS SPA 25-0015 Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) and State-Owned Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility (PSNF) submitted to CMS

State Plan Amendment (SPA) 25-0015 Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) and State-Owned Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility (PSNF) is being submitted to allow the Division of Medicaid (DOM) to transition the case mix model for nursing facility services to the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) and to add state-owned Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facilities (PSNFs) as a covered and reimbursed facility under the State Plan, effective October 1, 2025.
