MS SPA 25-0002 Automatic Enrollment submitted to CMS

State Plan Amendment (SPA) 25-0002 is being submitted to allow the Division of Medicaid (DOM) to include automatic enrollment to Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), include language excluding beneficiaries receiving 1915(i) Community Support Program services from the Mississippi Coordinated Access Network (MSCAN), exclude tribal members from automatic enrollment, update the State Plan pages to the new CMS template, and update the pages to correspond with the new MCO contracts, effective October 1, 2025.
