State Plan Amendment (SPA) 24-0001 ESRD Services is being submitted to comply with 42 C.F.R. § 447.201 which requires the Division of Medicaid to describe the policy and methods used in setting payment rates for each type of service in the Mississippi Medicaid State Plan.
