CMS approved MS SPA 23-CHIP-0015 on June 22, 2023. The purpose of this SPA is to demonstrate compliance with the American Rescue Plan Act which includes coverage of treatment, testing, and vaccinations for COVID-19 without cost sharing in CHIP, effective July 1, 2022.
