EVV System Training Opportunities

EVV system training will be provided by the vendor in partnership with DOM during a later phase in the implementation. The schedule will be updated accordingly.

HHAX In-Person Supplemental Training Notice

DOM along with their partners, HHAeXchange and FEI Systems, Inc., are hosting three (3) in-person supplemental trainings across the state for providers on the HHAeXchange EVV system. Please see the invite below.

 

You’re invited to an in-person supplemental training with HHAeXchange!

Join us for a complimentary session where you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about new features and functionality within the HHAeXchange EVV system, including authorization integration, billing, updated user interface, and helping your caregivers use the mobile app.

See a live demo of the tool, get answers to your questions, meet with HHAeXchange staff, and learn about all of HHAeXchange’s solutions.

For your convenience, we have three dates and locations available for this event:

  • Jan. 29: Hattiesburg from 2-5 pm CT | Holiday Inn Hattiesburg North
  • Jan. 30: Jackson from 2-5 pm CT | Hilton Garden Inn Jackson Downtown
  • Feb. 1: Oxford from 2-5 pm CT |  The Inn at Ole Miss

Light refreshments will be served.

Please note that these sessions are intended for users responsible for implementing or leading adoption of HHAeXchange for your agency. You are welcome to bring more than one person per agency to one of these event but please note that everyone must register individually.

This session is meant to supplement providers current onboarding efforts onto the EVV system and is not intended to replace the LMS and system user trainings that agencies and their staff have received earlier guidance to complete.
