The Mississippi Division of Medicaid (DOM) along with Magnolia Health Plan and UnitedHealthcare are partnering with Medicaid providers to conduct Back to School Health Fairs.
During these health fairs, Medicaid beneficiaries will have the opportunity to receive their annual physical examinations and/or required immunizations. Magnolia Health Plan and UnitedHealthcare will be offering incentives (music cards, back packs, etc.) to Medicaid beneficiaries enrolled in their health plans when they receive their physical examination and/or required immunizations.
Additionally, DOM and both of the health plans will be providing education on preventive health, as well as preventive health educational material.
